When life is operating as ‘business as usual’ and we are able to stick to our daily routines that help us feed our body and mind, like going to the gym for our fave workout class or hitting our local yoga studio for a restorative meditation class, it is much easier to ensure we are giving ourselves what we need. Since COVID-19, many people’s routines have been thrown off with the closure of gyms, yoga studios, community pools and other facilities that help us exercise both physically and mentally.
