Being physically active is beneficial for everyone. Being active daily is a challenge we all face, especially with all the distractions in our lives.  Between technology, school, work, organized sports and other demands that we have placed on our family lives, many adults and children are not being as physically active daily as recommended by health experts.  And now with social distancing, it has become harder as many of our sources for daily or weekly activities are not available.
